If you would like an exchange or return, it must be requested within 7 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. yingfa.com.my will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Credit will be provided, NO REFUNDS. All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. yingfa.com.my does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use a reputable form of logistics with a tracking number.

Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers.
YingFa Ventures reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
Swimwear
DO NOT machine wash. DO rinse in fresh water and hang dry after use. DO NOT put in laundry dryer or store wet. PLEASE be aware that certain light colored swimsuits (i.e. red, white), even with double liners still have degrees of transparency when wet. Colors cannot be guaranteed completely sun or colorfast. Dark primary colors are generally more colorfast than bright colors. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of faulty swimwear caused by failure to follow appropriate care instructions provided.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all promotional, sale, special release and collaboration items sold are FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please make sure you review your order before purchasing any of these items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yingfa.com.my and send your item to: No.12, Jalan 4D/6, Taman Setapak Indah, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
If you are fails to accept delivery (Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused by Recipient), the parcel will automatically ship back to YingFa Ventures.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
